An open-backed canvas is designed around a hardwood poplar canvas frame, then finished with an exquisite wood floating frame. Floating frames create the illusion of canvas floating inside the picture frame without touching it. The canvas is mounted in the frame using a proprietary combination of tension and adhesive and the image wraps down the sides of the canvas 1.25” on each side. Our framed traditional stretched canvas comes with everything you need for quick and easy installation.
