(We'll be closing by the end of the year, and won't be making this again. This is it!) We use the whole fruit - juice, pith, and insanely ultra floral zest of bearss limes to make this shrub. What results is our most intensely flavorful citrus shrub with the highest content of delicious citrus essential oils (definitely give this shrub a shake before using). You can use this shrub in place of Roses' Lime Juice in classic cocktail recipe.
