Homemade Gefilte Fish (Frozen) - A specialty for holidays that we make from scratch! We use  sustainably caught or farmed fish from Captain Marden's and Red's Best. Once holiday orders are picked up, we quickly freeze any extras for sale at a discount until we run out.  They are nearly as good as fresh when gently thawed in a refrigerator overnight.
