Wry 'Rye' - GF Rye-style Bread (Sliced and Frozen)
Gluten-free rye-style bread*. The teff flour in combination with other flours gives it the distinctive green 'rye' flavor. Made with fresh milled organic whole-grain flour using our in-store stone-mill. Grinding our own flour was key to achieving the bread quality we wanted, without resorting to artificial additives. Using fresh milled flour maximizes flavor, and nutrition, similar to how fresh ground coffee beans result in the most flavorful cup of coffee. The grains we mill: teff, sorghum, millet, amaranth, quinoa. 1.38LB Loaf Stays well in the fridge for a few weeks but best to keep frozen if keeping longer than a week and toast slices as needed.
