Mend Herbal Compress

A compresses is a gentle & effective method for delivering external tissue support. Our Mend Compress is a soothing & skin regenerative blend with mucilaginous & astringent herbs. A great remedy for cuts, scrapes, inflammation, minor burns, along with bumps & bruises.  Ingredients: Marshmallow Leaf (Althaea officinalis), Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria chamomile), Calendula Flowers (Calendula officinalis), Plantain Leaf (Plantar major), Witch Hazel Powder (Hamamelis virginiana) & Powdered Chickweed (Stellaria media).  Brew 8 ounces of boiling water into a cup or bowl. Place compress in water & let steep for 10-20 minutes. You may use as a warm or cold compress depending on the application. Once steeped, place compress on affected area & let sit for as long as possible. You may reuse brewed water & re-steep compress. Place compress tea in refrigerator overnight. You may use up to 3 days before discarding.  Not for internal use. Discontinue if irritation occ
