Circle of Life Plan ( Monthly payment)

The patient will have a monthly supply of prenatal vitamins. The patient is entitled to only one (1)  prescription medication at no cost every month. If the patient is prescribed any additional medication they shall pay for the rest. The patient shall pick up or receive delivery of  their medication every month without any delay. Opting to decline medication will forfeit that month's allocation. The patient is entitled to a monthly point of care urinalysis and hemoglobin test.    Blood pressure, Blood sugar and Blood Group test. Nutritionist consultations The patient has a 10% discount on all IGH over-the-counter products and services. The patient has access to free delivery on all IGH products. Mothers can request in-house services during their last trimester.  Monthly Billing Payment
