Description Challenge - Implementing guided pathways The problem is that not all faculty, staff, and leaders have a foundational knowledge of guided pathways and are not positioned to lead and support guided pathways success reform at the institutional level. Key Takeaway Participants will be able to describe the four pillars of guided pathways: clarifying pathways, helping students choose and enter pathways, helping students stay on the path, and ensuring students are learning. In addition, participants will walk away able to discuss how student success reform efforts require leadership at all levels.
