Description Overview As student mental health and well-being needs continue to grow, institutions are providing a wealth of resources across various modalities. However, these supports are often siloed within departments, limiting their overall impact. Counseling centers are stretched thin, and faculty and staff struggle to keep track of the numerous mental health interventions available on campus, such as counseling services, after-hours crisis services, wellness workshops, and self-help tools. To ensure that no student falls through the cracks, it is essential to integrate programs across departments. By fostering improved communication, pooling resources, and creating collaborative partnerships between student success and student affairs, campuses can significantly enhance student mental health outcomes and support student persistence on a larger scale.
