Incorporated in 1887 near Kamm Island in Mishawaka (present day 100-Center), The Kamm & Schellinger Brewing Company carried Mishawaka's name throughout the region & quenched a lot of thirst with tasty spirits. In the decades before the Prohibition, Kamm's was a highly successful and famous brand, and the brewery was producing 75,000 barrels of beer annually by 1918.                            Cheers to that!
