If the daytime temperature is 50 degrees F. or colder, you will need to add a heat pack to your live order.  Please do this for the benefit of your insects.  We cannot offer a live guarantee if you choose not to add a heat pack to your live order.   In extreme cold, it is safer to have the box held for Pick Up.  Since we send all Live items FEDEX 2 day express, it is usually easy to find a Fedex Ship Center or Fedex sub-station nearby.  Just send us an email and we set it up for you.
