We saw that viral pistachio chocolate bar trend and said, “Let’s stuff it in a cookie—and make it better.” Introducing the Dubai Chocolate Cookie: rich, fudgy, and unapologetically extra. It’s warm, nutty, textured, and dramatic in all the right ways. If luxury were a cookie, this would be it. The Flavor Profile 👉  Packed inside a rich chocolate brownie cookie is our homemade pitachio filling. Made with freshly ground pistachio butter, tahini, white chocolate crunchy bits of Knafeh (shredded phyllo dough) and a touch of salt. They are topped with more crunchy bits and finely chopped pistachio.
