Florida 120-Hour Pre-Licensing Course

Become a Licensed Home Inspector in Florida To become a licensed home inspector in Florida, you have to  complete a 120-hour training course; and pass one of the state's exams. After completing InterNACHI's 120-hour training course, your instructor can proctor the state exam for you at the live classroom training.
