Neck and Body Heating/Cooling Pad - Chinoiserie Blue

The SaidoniaEco weighted neck and body wraps are unscented and are each individually packaged with use instructions.  I have used this "heating pad" on cold days for years and wanted to share my favorite brand, SaidoniaEco. I often heat one in the morning and put it on my lap when I knit, or heat one and place it under my covers by the feet 15 min before going to bed. I also use it warm for sore neck muscles or cold on hot days. Material/Content: Long grain white rice and 100% cotton exterior and lining. Packaged in cello bag and tie h full use instructions and ingredients printed on label. Size: 19" x 4.5" How To Use:For heat therapy:  Fold the wrap in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute).Warning - *Do not overheat. *Do not heat for more than 1 minute.
