They may show cosmetic wear or blemishes that do not affect functionality. Each listing contains applicable photos of wear and tear. It is possible that we may miss a slight cosmetic defect. The primary purpose of these photos is to support claims in the event of shipping damage.  If you want the brand new look, this option may not be the best fit.  Your Open Box bike comes with a tune-up and an optional battery replacement at cost.
