This ECU calibration combined with a 57.5mm bolt-on supercharger pulley delivers up to 524HP with minimal hardware upgrades. Upgrading from Stage 1 to Stage 2 or beyond is easy! E85 ETHANOL E85 fuel unlocks the most performance potential from our ECU tunes for your Audi A6 or A7 3.0T. Ethanol contains tons of oxygen, burns cooler, and has a high resistance to knock. This provides more horsepower and torque than running conventional gasoline and is more readily available (in most states) and less expensive than race gas. Safeguards are included within the E85 ECU calibrations to adjust for ethanol as low as E60 to allow safe fill ups even if the ethanol content is lower than advertised. This new configuration runs the coolant pump at 50% duty when the ignition is keyed on pushing coolant through the charge coolers and reducing heat faster without the engine running. This helps avoid heat soak and provides faster recovery in-between runs or while staging at the track. During driving or when the intake temp is above 20C, the coolant pump operates at 100% for maximum cooling efficiency. CREC is the engine code for the updated 3.0T Supercharged engines found in 2016-2018 Audi A6 & A7 chassis. The CREC variation includes numerous changes from the previous generations of the 3.0T platform including a dual direct and port injection fuel system, supercharger refinements, a new ECU, and many other changes. The easiest way to verify if you have a CREC engine is to check the upper supercharger pulley; CREC is equipped with a 4 bolt supercharger pulley where as all previous gen engines have a press-on pulley.
