The Micropy RFID pad is a desktop RFID reader with a built-in antenna. It is programmable using the versatile MicroPython language. All the system resources, such as the display, user buttons, serial ports, are accessible through the python code. It can be used standalone for programming RFID tags from a barcode, using an external serial barcode reader accessory. The USB port on the device is used for both power and communication, emulating HID keyboard and CDC interfaces.
