The Intellinet Network Solutions H.264 HDMI over IP Extender Transmitter distributes an H.264-compressed signal over a network to an Intellinet H.264 HDMI over IP Extender Receiver (see model #208246) up to 100 m (328 ft.) over a network and up to 120 m (396 ft.) via direct connection over an Ethernet cable. This powered transmitter's use of H.264 compression makes it the perfect tool to help complete a unicast/multicast routing scheme with less network traffic while still providing vibrant 1080p video and full LPCM audio. This transmitter supports Infrared (IR) control of the source and display for added convenience. For more power options in the setup, the transmitter also supports bidirectional Power over Ethernet (PoE) to give power to or accept it from the receiver. The included LCD screen allows for quicker programming and access to the channel that's needed. An unlimited number of receivers can be configured to this or additional transmitter(s).
