Snow Chrysanthemum Buds (Hey Buddy!)

This Snow Chrysanthemum tea is picked once year a while the flowers are still buds and then dried in the high altitude sun to cure them.    The aroma of the buds is thick, sweet and floral.  The brewed tea is red-gold in color with a spiced honey and cooling mint-like taste. You can get multiple steeps if brewed gong fu style. Try adding the flowers to black or puerh tea. Also try pretending that you are a giant making tea from pumpkins. You need to store this airtight and keep in a cool and dry place to keep it fresh!
