Specifications Application Rust neutralization/conversion and etching metal for coating preparation.     Materials Metals Container/Size 32 oz. spray bottle.  SDS SDS TDS TDS   Description Rust Raider was designed as a multi-purpose product.  It’s mainly a rust converter but may be used to etch metals before applying adhesives and other coatings.  Rust Raider neutralizes rust and converts it to a phosphate polymer coating that prevents future rust.  It creates a great surface for coatings and even prolongs the life of them due to the corrosion resistant coating left behind after rust neutralization.  Our product is composed mainly of phosphoric acid which makes it a great acid etch product.  Acid etching is a great way to prepare metals for adhesives and coatings, which makes it especially effective for aluminum applications.
