SeeUV® VIBES®-S Standard UV Camera Cart System

Details The SeeUV® Video Inspection & Bore Examination System (VIBES®) is a cart-based, large-component inspection camera system. It is designed to conduct both UV and white light internal inspections related to fluorescent test methods such as fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and magnetic particle testing (MPI). These inspection methods are used on large aircraft components, such as shafts, drums, and spools from engines and landing gear parts. Non-aircraft components such as gun tubes are also subject to these test methods. VIBES®-S provides life-like color video images using a camera optimized for white and UV illumination. The system’s high-resolution color images, precise mechanical positioning, and ease of use result in improved detection (POD) probability, reduced operator fatigue, and greater inspection productivity.
