This Italian beech wood rolling pin is a simple, relatively light for its size, straight cylinder that rolls smoothly across dough. Ideal when making fresh pasta, focaccia and cookie dough, dumpling wrappers and pies.  It allows you to control for shaping and rolling dough to an even thickness. Made in Italy.
