The Module Fountain Pen is a handcrafted concrete writing instrument with a stainless steel cap narrowing at the end to achieve a fusiform or spindle shape, celebrating the architectural tradition of creating curved surfaces through geometric planes. 22STUDIO artists process each piece to ensure that its Béton brut design, usually reserved for architecture, is accurately preserved. The barrel is a miniature version of a fair-faced concrete surface, including its dividing lines and screw holes. It takes14 days, like red wine, for each one to be complete with its distinctive patterns and textures. No two pieces are alike. 22STUDIO writing instruments are equipped with Germany’s SCHMIDT Technology parts almost exclusively. From nibs, pistons, and cartridges, these are the best components for a solid and reliable performance.
