Love Yours

I never really knew what self love actually entailed until I was faced with motherhood. How can I love someone so much but struggle to take care of me. It seemed impossible. There was a time when I was ungrounded, had no boundaries in relationships and ultimately allowed myself to fall into a depression that paralyzed me. I was looking for love all the while not loving myself. I created this book to help you learn how to love yourself and why you should love yourself. Unapologetically.
