Art Deco Silver Plate Tea Set With Tray By Columbian Silver Co

Art Deco, silver plate, tea set with tray by Columbian Silver Co. The set includes teapot, sugar bowl, creamer and tray. Each serving piece French Gadroon and dot flowers around the middle and base. The tray has the same around its rim. This is a very lovely set and quite usable because the insides look good. However, there is crazing or peeling of the silver plating on the handle and spout of the teapot and the underside of the handles of the sugar bowl and some darker areas on an area of the tray and top of teapot that I almost didn't notice. I had to hold white paper over the area just to be able to capture it in the photo. As you can see it's still a very shiny and beautiful and would be a shame to just toss, especially since the set is altogether. It would make a good replating project or usable as is.
