Velvet is a rich, silky blend offering a neutral level 4 root and lowlight that leans cool. Accented by level 9 cool-toned highlights, it achieves soft yet striking dimension. Velvet offers a smooth, expensive look, delivering a polished depth and a cool finish. Perfect as is or as the ideal base to craft any dimensional tone you desire. The Natural Wave texture is crafted by hand, using a proprietary cold-steam waving process. It is a permanent wave that lasts the life of the extensions.
