A sweet smelling herb in the pea family that is a vigorous grower with long tap roots to help break up compact soil. Ideal as a cover crop (green manure) and bee pasture. Can produce up to 125 lbs of nitrogen per acre. Sow in the Spring or Summer. Planting rate: 1/2 lb per 1000 sq ft.
