The Starfire muzzle brake will not only make your gun look great, it will also greatly reduce muzzle rise while directing shot energy down range, not bouncing it back at the shooter. We have run these brakes on full auto Galils, AKs, RPDs, HKs and we were so happy with the performance and product we’re now offering them. The brake has been finished with black cerakote and then polished so that the outer surface has a natural finish and recessed areas retain the black cerakote. The Stafire is made from 410 Stainless Steel and measures .960 in diameter and 2.5 long. The taper is designed to look/blend great with a barrel measuring up .770 range. The 360 design of the Starfire eliminates the need for a crush washer. The designed also directs the shot energy down range away from the shooter not back at the shooter like most wall type brakes. This results in a more pleasant noise experience for the shooter and those standing close or behind. Threaded in 1x14 LH. Brake is for 7.62 or smaller
