The kit allows you to take advantage of a 25 lb. resistance band to complement weighted plate exercises that can be done with the harness and nylon tether. Also included is a door anchor to help with linear resistance training, a cinch anchor to attach the resistance band to a vertical pole such as a squat rack, and a drawstring bag for easy storage and carrying.
