10oz Nep Denim Windbreaker - Indigo IHJ-146-IND

IHJ-146-IND Reminiscent of vintage 1950s-style denim, the 10oz fabric used for this windbreaker jacket features a character-filled “neppy” finish. This distinctive texture is created through a slow weaving process using short-fiber yarns, resulting in cotton “neps” that protrude from the fabric's surface. Adding to the unique nature of the denim, the uneven warp yarns are rope-dyed indigo, while the weft yarns are reactive-dyed to impart a very subtle light blue tinge to the reverse side of the weave. Based on Iron Heart's classic windbreaker cut, other features of this jacket include an elasticated ribbed collar and cuffs, a two-way zipper, with a classic Iron Heart chest print complementing the retro vibe of the denim.
