Circa 1950. This amazing Midcentury platinum brooch features a stunning 54.05-carat bezel-set, oval cabochon-cut natural coral. The pendant and bail are accented with 49 bezel/bead-set, round single-cut diamonds and 42 channel-set, square mixed-cut natural emeralds. The diamonds weigh 1.33 carats in total, with VS2-SI1 clarity and F-G color. The emeralds weigh 1.68 carats in total and exhibit a moderately strong saturation. Appraised Value: $8,700
