In August of 1981, Dan Smith was hired by Bill Schultz and Fender produced this alder body, 4-bolt neck, 21-fret, small headstock Standard Stratocaster between 1981 to 1983. This guitar includes a non-original G&G hard case and reproduction drop in tuners. The pickups are Lindy Fralin Blues Specials, does NOT include original pickups. Made in the Fullerton Factory.
