Although Ish Guitars pioneered the 6 string multi-scale PRS guitars (paying for all the R&D to make it happen and thus getting an exclusive on them), PRS has told us its time to wind down these complex builds and will not be accepting any more orders for them. This specific guitar was hand-selected on our last trip to the PRS factory in February 2020, just beating out the COVID shutdowns which still do not allow any dealer to travel to the factory to this day. Build #8996 focused on 2 main details: unique color, and tactile feel. We all know guitars are an incredibly "physical" item - in order to play them you literally have to rub your hands all over them.
