1960s Sears Silvertone Model 1448 Guitar and Amplifier Case TRADES - LAYAWAY - 0% FINANCING  Weight: 4.8lbs (guitar) Case:  Original Amplifier Case Year: 1960s Cosmetic condition:  Very good.  The guitar and case have various dings and scratches throughout.  There is a crack on the headstock that is structurally sound.  See our listing photos for a detailed view.    SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR LUTHIER TECH NOTES: Guitar has received a cleaning, setup with new strings, a shim, and fret ends touched up. Guitar is fully functional but does have some tuning stability issues (to be expected from this sort of guitar from this era).  Saddles were replaced.  Amp sounds quite good, great low watt tube breakup.
