Dehydrated Callaloo - COMBO
This Dehydrated Callaloo mix comes with everything you need to complete the dish! Include 1 pack coconut milk powder and 2 packs of Maggie Flavor D Pot Crab mix. Most flavorful and delicious callaloo! Made with dehydrated dasheen leaves, pumpkin, ochroes, chilli and seasoning. ( Spice Pack Included). Perfect Sunday lunch!! I actually made this and I must say it was the most delicious callaloo I ever had! Method: Soak callaloo pack in 6 cups water for 20 mins. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in sauce pan with onions, garlic & pepper ( optional). Add optional meats ( crab etc.). Sauté 2 mins then add soaked leaves. Add coconut milk, fresh pumpkin ( opt.) fresh ochroes ( opt.) crab packet and salt to taste. Cook until tender. Blend until smooth & enjoy! Serves at least 5 people.
