This is a one-time charge to account for the prorated charges of your recent order changes. If there is a prorated charge line item it is for your recent order changes in product quantity increases and/or product additions. Per our published policies, all our subscription charges are based on a monthly commitment so any reductions or deletions of products in your order will be reflected in your next recurring monthly charge line items totals.
