These magical, feather and wire beaded angels are made by hand in an angel factory in a tiny and remote village in the beautiful Baviaans area of the Karoo semi-desert in South Africa.  These guardian angels have dazzled and charmed thousands of people all around the world and put a forgotten village and forgotten people back on the map since its inception in 2006.   Sarie silver medium is the second born of the 5 sisters. She is just as ‘skitterend’ (meaning dazzling in English) as her bigger sister. Her 14" crocheted silver-coated copper wire stylish dress is finished off with silver lined beads and rainbow sequins. Sarie means ‘princess’ – a true one she is! The wire angels were the very first angels to be made at the Angel Factory, dating back to 2005.
