HO scale Allstate Machine Parts Kit with the 4th & 5th Floor Extension kit included. There are "3 possible build variations in 1 kit"....in all cases the rear wall is "blank" (no detail / no windows) intended to be placed against a backdrop, wall or another structure. "L" shaped with offices to the left - 10.5"L x 1.5" to 4.5" W x 9.25"H.  "L" shaped with offices to the right - as above  "Shallow Relief" structure - 19.5"L x 1.5"W x 9.25"H. Highly detailed front brick surfaces and loaded with many accessory parts. Solid and stable wood construction, dovetail wall joints, interchangeable wall sections. Brick cornice, pilaster and soldier course trim, plus optional window treatments. Easily paintable with solvent or water based paints, thin coats of inexpensive spray paints (instructions included!).
