ViperSharp Diamond Sharpening Set

The ViperSharp diamond hones (stones?) will give you an amazing edge no matter what steel you are working with. Diamond sharpening hones are known for their longevity and ability to sharpen even the toughest steels. The ViperSharp diamond hones are a continuous monocrystalline diamond surface on steel plates. We use the term diamond sharpening stones even though these are technically not stones. In reality neither are the ceramic/vitrified stones. Whether stone or diamond impregnated steel plates, when used with the ViperSharp knife sharpening system they will give you a great edge.
