Description Baking Instructions Makes 12 muffins (or 1 cake or loaf). Preheat oven to 350 degrees (convection oven to 325 degrees). Ingredients 2 large eggs at room temperature 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup buttermilk (may substitute milk) 1 package Iveta muffin mix (An alternative recipe is to use 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and one egg instead of the ingredients listed above---the texture is very light and moist, but a little crumbly.) Directions In a bowl mix eggs, oil and buttermilk until all ingredients are incorporated Slowly add muffin mix to liquid and mix completely, scraping sides of bowl as needed, until all dry mix is incorporated. Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan (or use paper muffin cups), filling 3/4 full.  Bake for 20-24 minutes until lightly brown. Test by inserting a toothpick into the center of the biscuit. It should come out clean when done. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.  Ingredients
