Joe Kotula did the stunning artwork of the ground crew preparing the short-bodied 727-22 for departure while passengers board via the 'airstair' rear door. The 'Fly UNITED' neon sign beams in the background as another United 727 departs overhead. . The aircraft can be built in gear up or down configuration.
