We use glass mason jars  Pour 8 ounces of hot spring water over the tea and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes or overnight.  Drink warm or room temp. Strain herbs, Discard herbs in garden or ground outdoors in sacred space around home. Some like to reuse the herbs up to 3 times.  Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea and find your ideal cup!
