This very versatile and handsome watch combines a lot of classic watch DNA with a Seiko spin. Much like the "5" series was initially introduced in 1963, a mainstay in the Seiko line for well over fifty years, with a wide variety of different case and dial designs this example is a spin off from these models, but even more paired down and clean. The case design is very simple, clean but strong. It wears large on the wrist, thanks in part to the quite thick case and quite large diameter, given it was designed in the 1960's. The case also appears larger due to the dial design that incorporates an inner smooth bezel, which catches light beautifully.
