They are then tied onto a thick strand of twine. The overall length of the fabric portion of the garland ranges from 3 feet to 10 feet long, with roughly 12” of additional twine on each end for easy hanging. Because this garland was made using vintage fabric and new materials, it is a one-of-a-kind piece. No future garlands or banners will be the same.
