"A Glimpse of the Vault" ~ Giclee on Stretched Canvas 10" x 13"     In the summer of 1995, artists William Giese and Mikio Kennedy were working with Arista Records to produce artwork for an ad campaign that would announce high-fidelity releases of some of the Grateful Dead's finest shows. These "From The Vault" releases were to be a "first of a kind" series of fan favorites released from never-before-shared soundboard recordings. As the artwork was progressing, Jerry Garcia died. The project came to a screeching halt as the Grateful Dead universe was turned upside down. Sometime later, Arista called back with plans to proceed with the Vault releases and the artwork was completed.  2 Giclee on Stretched Canvas Pieces ~ One of each image ~ Sold as a Set Size: 10" x 13"
