Pork Belly Pizza (Matambrito a la pizza) empanadas frozen

Braised and shredded pork belly (matambrito de credo) in a white wine tomato sauce with mozzarella and oregano. Yellow onions, red pepper, white wine, tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper. ALLERGENS: Soy, Wheat , Dairy, Egg only if egg washed for baking. Please indicate if you have dietary restrictions when ordering.  Bake FROZEN UNBAKED EMPANADAS in 450˚F oven. Do not defrost! Place on a parchment-lined or oil-lined baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash. Bake until light golden brown . Time: 15-20min . Available for local delivery or pick up.
