Focaccia Bread (wholesale)

This focaccia bread has become my obsession!! It pairs great with a pasta dish, as a side with pork tenderloin, or as a sandwich bread!! I personally eat a fresh mozzarella, pesto, and prosciutto panini on this bread at least twice a week. Told you I was obsessed!  The Focaccia comes as either a quarter sheet or half sheet loaf and is topped with herbs de Provence to transport your taste buds to Europe. Ingredients : rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, whey protein, xanthan gum, milk, yeast, sugar, herbs de Provence, butter, olive oil. Allergens : whey, milk.
