The goal is to re-produce the Southern Tier Lake shore Fog, let me know how we did. Golden-colored and flavorful, it's brewed with a sweet and malty flavor. The hops add a tropical, citrus and fruity character. The unique London Fog yeast strain contributes a New England IPA style haze, leaving a sweetness which accentuates the halt and hop flavors and aromas while retaining a velvety mouthfeel. Please Note: This is an advanced all-grain beer making kit. Mash Tun is required.
