Tomatillo Blend (Medium) Fresh Salsa (16oz)

We aim for flavor over heat & this fresh tomatillo is all things tart, sweet, smoky, and spicy. A perfect counter to our signature tomato based salsas, great for snacking or to season a crockpot chicken. Oven roasted tomatillos, white onions, garlic, and coriander are combined with flame-roasted poblano peppers for depth of flavor and serrano peppers for that extra heat. We round that off with fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar & blend to a balanced, flavorful salsa.   Not runny like hot sauce, not chunky like some other salsas, perfectly minced.
