We recommend replacing strings and cables at your local pro shop or through the Ravin Service Department every 2 years or after 400 shots, whichever comes first. If you choose to replace them yourself, only use the Ravin Press. Never use the Ravin Bow Press on other crossbow models. Be sure to read and follow all instructions and warnings provided with the Ravin Bow Press. Note: The Ravin Bow Press is designed exclusively for use with the R9 / R10 / R10X / R15 / R20 / R29 / R29X models.
