A Chef/Gyuto knife out of AEB-L stainless steel with a hammered finish. The handle is Cocobolo with black & white G-10 spacers. The handle has an oval cross section and an oiled finish. The bolster is black Micarta and the pin is black G-10. Cocobolo is a dark, dense and oily wood that is naturally rot resistant.
